Lindsay young Lopez
Executive director

Lindsay became the third person to serve as executive director of The Food Bank in November 2014.

Previously, she spent more than 18 years in higher education fundraising and advancement.

Lindsay is active in the Columbia Chamber of Commerce, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors. She is also a member of Feeding Missouri's Board of Directors. 

Charity Snell
Director of Finance and Human resources

Charity Snell is director of finance and human resources at The Food Bank, a position she has held since 2014.

Charity is also an adjunct instructor at Columbia College.

She has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting, most recently serving as director of finance at Job Point.

Daryle Bascom
Director of Operations

Daryle Bascom is director of operations at The Food Bank, a role he has held since 2015.

In his role, Daryle oversees Warehouse and Volunteer Room operations, facilities and The Food Bank's fleet; and the acquisition and distribution of more than 30 million pounds of food every year.

He previously worked at the University of Missouri Department of Athletics.

ERIC MALY
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAMS

Eric Maly began as director of programs at The Food Bank in 2017. 

The position oversees agency relations and children's programming.

Eric came to The Food Bank after serving nearly 20 years at The Heartland Alliance in Chicago, where he worked with immigrant and deaf youth. A native of Lincoln, Neb., Eric is well versed in several languages.

Julie Dorn
Director of Development

Julie Dorn is director of development at The Food Bank, a position she assumed in 2015.

In her role, Julie oversees fundraising, grants and donor and community relations.

Previously, Julie served as director of advancement at Boys & Girls Town of Missouri and has worked in marketing, communications and event planning.
