We are the sole owner of the information collected on this site. The Food Bank only collects information
voluntarily given. We will not sell, rent or share personal information to anyone. The Food Bank will use information to contact persons requesting information. Information will not be shared with any third party outside of our
organization, other than what is necessary to fulfill a request. Changes to this policy will be publicly announced.

Donor’s Privacy
The Food Bank will never share or trade a donor’s personal information with any other entity, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. The Food Bank collects and uses information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses only when it is voluntarily provided. Requests for anonymity by donors will be honored, as will requests to be removed from mailing lists.

The Food Bank also adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights as listed by the Association of Fundraising Professionals. The rights were formed to “assure that philanthropy merits the respect and trust of the general public, and that donors and prospective donors can have full confidence in the not-for-profit organizations and causes they are asked to support.”
