The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri is excited to announce three new team members. Welcome aboard – Don, Chase and Christa!

Serving more than 100,000 people across 32 counties every year takes a lot of hard work from our dedicated team, board of directors and volunteers. It takes all of us to continue fighting hunger and further our mission to share food and bring hope.



Don Hunt steps into the vital role of Director of Human Resources, bringing with him 13 years of experience overseeing HR and payroll for a credit union and 21 years of serving our nation in the Air Force. Outside of working at The Food Bank, Don enjoys spending time with his family, especially his beautiful granddaughter, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinal and Blues. He’s an avid antique-er and loves to go hunting for treasures.




Chase Wyckwood, originally hailing from Arkansas, is taking on the position of Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. He’s excited to engage and collaborate with individuals, groups, and organizations to meet the needs of those he serves in his role. In his spare time, Chase is a woodworker. He enjoys creating unique pieces using reclaimed wood and making something new out of what some would consider scrap.




Christa Holtzclaw joins the team as the Communication and Marketing Coordinator, bringing a varied background of event planning, social media management and graphic design as well as marketing experience in the food and beverage industries. She’s excited to put her skills to work to tell the stories behind the amazing work done at The Food Bank. When she’s not working, Christa is usually spending time with her puppy or traveling.
